Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Extra firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1tsp - Paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - Fennel seed powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Microwave Tandoori Tofu

  • Mix the paprika powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, fennel seed powder, olive oil and salt in a bowl into a paste.
  • Now add the tofu pieces to the spices and toss gently with the spice mixture.
  • Let it sit for half an hour.
  • Arrange in a single layer in a microwave safe plate and cook for 15 minutes on high until the tofu pieces turn crisp.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
