Ingredients

  • 1 - carrot, finely chopped
  • 100 g - beans, finely chopped
  • 50 g - peas
  • 4 cups - idli batter
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • a little - hing
  • mustard
  • green chillies, finely chopped
  • 5 or 6 - small glass bowls

How to Make Microwave Vegetable Idly

  • In a glass bowl microwave 1 tsp oil for 2 mins on high - uncovered.
  • Add hing, mustard, green chillies and microwave uncovered for 1 min.
  • Add all the chopped vegetables and micro high covered for 2 mins.
  • Add salt and mix this with batter.
  • Grease the small glass bowls with some oil.
  • Pour 2- 3 tbsp mixture into the each bowl.
  • Microwave high covered with paper napkin for 4 mins.
  • Let them stand for 5 mins.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney.
