Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - baby corn
  • 1 tsp - paprika powder
  • 2 tbsps - Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - fennel seed powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - olive oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Microwaved Tandoori Baby corn

  • Mix Greek yoghurt and salt in a bowl into a paste.
  • Add baby corns to the spices and toss gently, let it sit for half an hour.
  • Arrange as single layer in a microwave safe plate and cook for 15 minutes on high until the baby corns turn crispy.
