  • 2 tbsp - Idli milagai podi
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Urad dal
  • 8-10 - Curry leaves
  • Oil.

How to Make Milagai Podi Mini Idly

  • Heat oil in a pan, and splutter the mustard seeds and urad dal.
  • Add the curry leaves and mini idlis to it and toss gently for a few seconds.
  • Now add the idly milagai podi and mix well for a few minutes.
  • Serve hot.
