  • 100 gm - almonds
  • 100 gm - green pistachios
  • 2 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp - saffron strands

How to Make Milk Masala

  • Crisp the saffron on a warm griddle.
  • Crush with hand.
  • Blend all the ingredients in a dry grinder until coarse.
  • Store in an air tight jar.
