  • 2 cups - Milk Powder
  • 1 Can (395 g) - Condensed milk
  • A Pinch (Optional) - Saffron
  • 2 tbsp + 2 tsp - Butter / Ghee

How to Make Milk peda - Paal peda

  • Soak the saffron in a tbsp of warm milk for 10 mins.
  • Combine the condensed milk and milk powder in a pan and mix into a smooth paste without any lumps.
  • Add butter / ghee to this and cook on a low flame.
  • Add the saffron milk to this and mix well.
  • Cook for 7-8 mins until the mixture rolls into a ball.
  • Now grease your hands with butter / ghee and grease the chapatti rolling stick too.
  • Grease the base and knead the mass of peda and roll it into a large thick circle.
  • Now cut circles with a cookie cutter.
