  • 1 cup - milk
  • 2 tbsp - semolina (rawa)
  • 1 tsp - corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - vanilla essence

How to Make Milk Pudding

  • Mix corn flour with 1/2 cup of the milk.
  • Boil the remaining milk and sprinkle the semolina in it, a little at a time, stirring all the time.
  • Cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Add the milk with the corn flour, cook stirring for 3 more minutes.
  • Add sugar and essence, mix well and remove from fire.
  • Pour in a shallow dish cool, cut into pieces.
