  • 2 cups - millet flour
  • 1/2 cup - rice flour
  • 3/4 cup - onion
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • A handful - coriander
  • Salt as required.

How to Make Millet Jowar dosa

  • Mix together millet flour and rice flour with water to make a thin batter.
  • Add the chopped onions, green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander to the batter and mix well. Add salt to taste. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter on it and spread on the pan.
  • Pour some oil around the dosa and leave it for some time.
  • Then flip it over, add a little oil and cook.
  • Transfer the dosa into a serving plate. Serve.
