Ingredients

  • 1 cup - soya milk
  • 1/2 cup - onions, grated
  • 1/4 cup - wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - eno's fruit salt
  • 1.5 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mini Soya Dosa

  • Mix all the ingredients with water and make a thin batter.
  • Spread on a non-stick tawa and cook on both sides.
  • Serve with chutney.
