Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Lime/lemon juice
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt

How to Make Mint and Coriander Chutney Dip

  • Wash the mint and coriander leaves well.
  • Scrape and wash the ginger.
  • Grind all the ingredients together till smooth.
  • This chutney can be served with rice, samosas, patties, cutlets etc.
  • It could also be used as a sandwich paste.
