  • 2 cups - atta flour
  • 1/4 cup - mint leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - nigella seeds/kalonji seeds
  • maida flour for dusting
  • 1/2 cup - yogurt
  • salt to taste
  • oil for

How to Make Mint and Kalonji Seeds Paratha

  • Mix the atta flour, chopped mint leaves, nigella seeds and salt in a bowl.
  • Gradually add the yogurt and enough water and knead a soft and smooth dough.
  • Let the dough sit for half an hour.
  • Make small balls from the dough. Dust with maida flour and roll them into medium-sized discs.
  • Heat a griddle and gently drop a disc. Drizzle a few drops of oil and cook the paratha on both sides until brown spots appear.
  • Cook the remaining parathas one by one.
  • Serve with a spicy gravy.
