  • 1 cup - coriander leaves, washed
  • 1 - medium-sized onion, peeled and sliced
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 10 flakes - garlic, peeled
  • sugar to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - aamchoor (sour mango powder)
