  • 1 bunch -cilantro
  • 1 bunch - mint
  • 3 tsp - coarsely crushed roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar
  • 1 - lemon
  • 1/4 cup - chopped onion

How to Make Mint Cilantro Chutney

  • Add mint, cilantro and onion in a blender and grind.
  • Add salt, red chilli pepper and blend again using a little bit of water.
  • Take the ground mixture in a bowl and add peanuts, sugar, and the juice of one lemon.
  • Mix well and enjoy with samosas or rice.
