  • 200 gms - beef meat
  • 200 gms - beef ribs bones
  • 2 - medium onions
  • 2 - medium carrots
  • 3 - large tomatoes
  • 4 - cloves
  • 1 - cinnamon
  • 6 - pepper corns
  • 1 - ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 twigs - mint leaves
  • 4 cups - water

How to Make Mint Flavored Beef Soup

  • Cut and wash the meat and put it in cold water for some time.
  • Meanwhile, cut the carrots and tomatoes and wash them.
  • Remove the meat from the water, and place it with all the other ingredients in another vessel with 6 cups of fresh cold water.
  • Boil for an hour. Remove it and strain the stock, and add salt to taste.
  • This is the base for white soups.
