Ingredients

  • 250g - Paneer
  • 100 g - Mint
  • 1 small bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 4-5 - Green chillies, as per taste
  • 1 small piece - Ginger
  • 4-5 flakes - Garlic
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1-2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1-2 tsp - Oil
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Mint Paneer

  • Cut the paneer into cubes and keep aside.
  • Make a paste of the mint, coriander, curd, green chillies, ginger, lemon and salt in a mixer.
  • Then marinate the paneer in this paste for 5 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute the chopped garlic and red chilli powder until it turns brown in color and add the marinated paneer with the paste.
  • Cook on a low flame until the paneer is well coated and the gravy thickens.
  • Serve hot with chapattis.
