Ingredients

  • 1 bowl full -mint leaves
  • 1- medium sized onion.
  • 5 cloves -garlic
  • 5- green chillies
  • 1 -small piece -ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - jeera
  • 1-cardomom (whole)
  • 2- cloves
  • 2 tsp - ghee
  • 1 tsp- coriander powder
  • 2 cups - basmati rice
  • salt

How to Make Mint Pulav

  • Fry cardamom, cloves, jeera, onion and green chillies in ghee till onion turns golden brown.
  • Grind garlic, mint, ginger, coriander powder smoothly.
  • Add this mix to the tawa and let it cook till the ghee separates.
  • Add the mix and salt to the rice and cook in a electric cooker.
  • Serve hot with any raita.
