Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cleaned washed and drained coriander
  • 1/2 cup - cleaned washed and drained mint leaves (pudina)
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1/4 inch - ginger
  • 1/2 - lemon
  • 20 - peanuts
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup - tied curd

How to Make Minty Dip

  • Chop the coriander and mint leaves coarsely.
  • Put all ingredients except curd in a small blender.
  • Blend till smooth. Add very little water if required.
  • Remove with a rubber spatula into a bowl.
  • Fold in tied curd.
  • Mix it well.
  • Chill and use on sandwiches.
