Ingredients

  • 4 - juicy ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp - mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - oregano powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 3/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 4-5 - cubes of ice
  • 3-4 - mint leaves for garnish

How to Make Minty Tomato Juice

  • Quarter the tomatoes. Remove seeds with a small spoon. Keep aside.
  • Blend together all ingredients with 1.5 glasses chilled water and crushed ice.
  • Strain and pour into glasses.
  • Stir and serve chilled.
  • Garnish with a small tiny sprig of mint.
