  • 2 cups - rice
  • 1/2 cup - moong dal
  • 1/2 cup - urad dal
  • 1/2 cup - channa dal
  • 2 to 3 - whole red chillies
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • 2 inch - ginger
  • few sprigs - coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil/butter/ghee to make the dosas

How to Make Mix dal dosa

  • Wash and soak all the dals in water for 3-4 hours.
  • Drain and grind the dals together with red chillies, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves in a mixer to a coarse paste.
  • Add salt to taste and mix it well.
  • Make dosas on a non-stick tawa using oil, ghee or butter, according to taste.
  • Serve it hot with chutney and sambhar.
