  • Bengal gram dhal - 1/4 cup
  • Moong dhal - 1/2 cup
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 cup
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Mix Dal

  • Roast all the three dals separately.
  • Roast rest of the ingredients also.
  • Powder all the items in mixie.
  • Serve with rice.
