Ingredients

  • Capsicum - 4 (yellow, green, orange, red)
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 sprig

How to Make Mixed Capsicum Curry

  • Cut onions and capsicum into small pieces.
  • Put oil in a pan and heat. Add mustard and curry leaves. When they splutter, add onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Add capsicum pieces and cook till soft.
  • Add turmeric, salt and chilli powder to that.
  • Serve hot with white rice.
