  • Cashewnuts - 25 gms
  • Almonds - 25 gms
  • Pistachio - 25 gms
  • Pecans - 25 gms
  • Condensed Milk - 1 can
  • Corn flour - 1 tsp
  • Rose Essence - 1 tsp

How to Make Mixed Nuts Katli

  • Soak all nuts separately in warm water for 3-4 hours.
  • Drain and grind them together into a fine paste using as little water as possible.
  • Grease a marble or wooden surface with ghee ( 1 tsp)
  • Mix together condensed milk and the nuts paste.
  • Cook in a pan on a medium flame.
  • When the mixture thickens, reduce the flame and keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides (make sure there are no lumps) of the pan.
  • Sprinkle corn flour, stir well and remove from fire immediately.
  • Mix in the rose water and quickly turn it on to the greased marble or wooden surface.
  • Roll thinly with a greased roller and cut it in to diamond shapes.
