  • Dash of black pepper
  • Dash of red pepper

  • 2 cups - thick curd
  • 1/2 tsp - pudina
  • A small bunch - coriander leaves
  • A pinch of jeera powder

How to Make Mixed Raita

  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Beat the curd well and mix with the remaining ingredients.
  • Garnish with coriander, jeera, and mint.
