Ingredients

  • 6 - small onions
  • 2 tsp - chopped mint
  • 2 - large, ripe tomatoes
  • 1 - medium-sized cucumber
  • 1 - lettuce
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - lime juice or vinegar

How to Make Mixed Salad Bowl

  • Wash and wrap the lettuce in a towel to dry.
  • Chop the tomatoes, cucumber and onions.
  • Shred the lettuce into strips and lay in a bowl. Add the chopped onions, cucumber, tomatoes and mint.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper and drizzle lime juice or vinegar. Shake the bowl so that it mixes evenly.
