Ingredients

  • 1 loaf - bread
  • 100 g - carrot and beans
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 - potato
  • 1 - capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - tomato sauce

How to Make Mixed Veg Bread Upma

  • Slice the vegetables.
  • Cut the bread slices into cubes.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and let the mustard seeds splutter.
  • Add the onion and fry until light brown.
  • Add the capsicum and other vegetables and cook well.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well with the vegetables.
  • Add the bread cubes and tomato sauce and mix well.
