  • 6 - chapatti
  • 100 g - cabbage
  • 100 g - carrot
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - capsicum
  • 5 - beans
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil, for seasoning
  • 5 cloves - garlic
  • 6 - red chillies

How to Make Mixed veg Chapatti Noodles

  • Cut chapatti into long slender bits and also the vegetables, onion, and capsicum.
  • Make a paste with garlic, red chillies and a little salt.
  • Pour oil in a kadai and saute the ground masala.
  • Add onion and the beans and saute for some time (till the onion turns golden brown in colour).
  • Add the carrot, cabbage and saute for 2 to 3 mins
  • Then add the capsicum and saute.
  • Add the chapatti bits and saute well for about 6 mins
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve.
