  • 1 small brinjal, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 small sweet potato, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 250 gms - mixed vegetables like peas, carrots, French beans and capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp each - ground cumin and coriander seeds
  • 1 medium tomato, peeled and pureed
  • 1 cup - curd
  • 1/2 cup - grated coconut
  • salt to taste

How to Make Mixed vegetable korma

  • Mix all the vegetables together with salt and turmeric powder.
  • Pour in 2 cups of water and cook till the vegetables are done and little water is left.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 mins.
