Ingredients

  • Capsicum - 2
  • Peas - 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower - 1 cup, florets
  • Potato - 1 big
  • Tomato - 4
  • Chillies - 2
  • Onion - 1
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - a pinch
  • Ginger - 1 small piece
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Mixed Vegetable Sagu

  • Boil the potato.
  • Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  • Cut all the other vegetables.
  • Half boil all the other cut vegetables, with salt and turmeric powder.
  • Make a puree of the tomatoes.
  • Grind the onion, ginger and chillies.
  • In a little oil, saute the ground masala.
  • Add the puree, salt, sugar and chilli powder.
  • Bring it to a boil and add the cooked vegetables.
  • Remove from fire and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with roti, bread and puri.
