  • 1 cup - red cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 cup - carrot (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup - broccoli (chopped to small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup - green onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - red onions (chopped)
  • 2 inch piece - ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves - garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup - peas
  • 1/2 cup - mung bean sprouts
  • 1 cup - apple ( chopped to pieces)
  • 1 cup - pineapple (chopped to pieces)
  • 1/4 cup - raisin
  • 1/4 cup - cashew nuts
  • For dressing:
  • 1/4 cup - lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup - orange juice
  • 2 tsp - honey
  • 4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - soy sauce

How to Make Mixed Vegetables and Fruits Salad

  • Whisk the ingredients for dressing and keep it aside.
  • Now, combine all the other ingredients in another bowl.
  • Toss with the dressing.
  • Serve immediately or chilled.
