Ingredients

  • 1 cup - peas shelled
  • 1/2 cup- French beans (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup- carrots (chopped)
  • 1 cup - cauliflower (chopped)
  • 2 - medium sized potatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup- paneer cubes
  • 3 tbsp - butter
  • 1 cup - cream
  • salt
  • 1/2 tbsp - pepper
  • 1 tbsp - oregano
  • green coriander

How to Make Mixed Vegetables

  • Melt butter, add peas, French beans, carrots, cauliflower and potatoes.
  • Cook till vegetables become soft.
  • Add cream, salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add paneer cubes. Mix well.
  • Sprinkle oregano.
  • Garnish with green coriander. Serve hot.
