Ingredients

  • 2 cups - sour butter milk
  • 1 pinch - turmeric
  • salt
  • 1 - tomato
  • 3 -green chillies
  • 1/2 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 1 piece - ginger, small
  • For seasoning
  • 2 tsp - ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - ajwain (vaamu)
  • 4-5 - curry leaves
  • 1 pinch - mustard seeds and methi seeds

How to Make Mjjiga Charu

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender and pour the mixture into a vessel.
  • Heat the ghee and add all the seasoning ingredients into it.
  • When the ajwain and mustard seeds pop, add it to the mixture.
  • This goes well with white rice.
