Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 1/2 cups - milk
  • 3 cups - chocolate cake crumbs
  • 1/4 cup - cashewnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup - walnuts
  • 1/4 cup - multicolored tutti fruitti or raisins
  • 3/4 cup - sugar
  • 1 tsp - rum or cherry brandy
  • 1.5 heaped tsp - cocoa power
  • 3/4 tsp - instant coffee powder
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence.

How to Make Mocha bite

  • Beat the eggs till they are just mixed. Add the milk slowly and beat well again. Fold all the other ingredients.
  • Pour into a greased mould, cover with foil and steam in a pressure cooker without the weight for 15 mins.
  • Unmould and serve hot or cold with generous spoonful of chocolate sauce.
  • Note:
  • For variation, use chocolate cream biscuit crumbs instead of cake crumbs.
