  • 1 kg - sugar
  • 1/2 liter - water
  • 25 - cardamoms (peeled and coarsely ground)
  • 10 to 12 - moogra flowers (washed well)
  • 2 tbsp - milk
  • 1 - lemon (juice)

How to Make Moogra ka sharbat

  • Boil the water along with sugar in a heavy bottomed steel vessel.
  • After you boil it, add milk. Spoon out the dirt collected on the top.
  • Add cardamoms to it and stir it at regular intervals.
  • Add lemon juice and mix it well.
  • After 30 minutes, remove it from the stove.
  • Add the moogra flowers and cover the vessel with a lid.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Strain and fill it in a dry sterilised bottle.
  • Refrigerate the bottle.
