  • Moong Dal- 1/2 cup
  • Green Chilli- 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt- 2 cups
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Green chutney- 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala- 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves- a few
  • Tomato- 1
  • Carrot- 1

How to Make Moong Dal Dahi Vada Chaat

  • Soak moong dal in water for 20 minutes.
  • Grind it after removing water along with green chillies and salt.
  • The batter for vada is ready. Shape it into round balls.
  • Now, deep fry the balls in hot oil and keep aside.
  • Beat the yogurt nicely and add salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  • Add the fried vadas and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, chopped tomato and grated carrot and serve immediately.
