  • 150 g - soaked and ground yellow moong dal
  • 100 g - fresh methi leaves
  • 1 - green chilli
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 1 tsp - curd
  • oil for cooking
  • salt to taste

How to Make Moong Methi Bhajiya

  • Wash and cut the methi leaves into small pieces.
  • Make a batter of soaked and ground moong dal, salt, curd, chilli and sugar with 1 tsp of hot oil.
  • Add methi leaves to it and mix well.
  • Deep fry the bhajiyas.
  • Serve Hot
