Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - moong
  • 1 - big potato
  • 1 - cucumber
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1/4 cup - green peas
  • 1 - beetroot
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1/2 cup - pineapple chunks
  • Few fresh mint leaves
  • Few coriander leaves

How to Make Moong Salad

  • Soak the moong in water for an hour and then boil it till it is soft and done.
  • Boil the potato.
  • Chop all the above ingredients into small cubes and mix them together.
  • Garnish it with mint, coriander and minced ginger.
  • Refrigerate it for an hour and eat it chilled.
