Ingredients

  • 250 g - chickpea flour
  • 100 g - ghee
  • 100 g - sugar
  • 100 g - rabid or condensed milk
  • 5 g - saffron strands
  • 3 g - cardamom powder
  • 10 g - almonds, slivered

How to Make Motichoor Aur Rabdi

  • Make a thin batter of flour with water and half the sugar.
  • Take hot ghee in a pan.
  • Pass batter through a fine sieve on to the hot ghee.
  • Fry till golden brown.
  • Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
  • Pour syrup on hot, fried flour pellets.
  • Soak for 5 minutes. Dry on a sieve.
  • Serve with cold rabdi poured over the motichoor.
