Ingredients

  • Milk - 1.5 litres
  • Egg - 1
  • Milk powder -1/2 kg
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Cardamom powder -1 tsp
  • Sugar - 250 g

How to Make Mouth-watering Rasmalai

  • Pour milk into a big bowl.
  • Add cardamom powder.
  • Add sugar as required.
  • Heat the milk on a low flame. Do not boil.
  • Mix 1/4 tsp baking powder with egg in small bowl.
  • Gradually add milk powder until the mix becomes thick enough to make small balls.
  • Add 1 tsp ghee.
  • Cool and make small balls and directly drop into the heated milk.
  • Leave for 5 to 10 minutes and stir the balls.
  • Cool and serve.
