Ingredients

  • 1 cup - mulberry
  • 1 - apple, diced
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - honey
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 pinches - salt
  • 500 ml - chilled water

How to Make Mulberry-Apple Combo

  • Soak mulberry in water, for 20-30 minutes.
  • Drain soaked berries and put in an electric blender.
  • Add apple and grind to a smooth paste.
  • Add all the other ingredients, whisk again till smooth and frothy.
  • Strain if desired, but there is no need.
  • Serve chilled and frothy.
