Ingredients

  • 1 - radish, grated
  • 1 cup - coconut
  • 2 tsp - puff channa (hurugadle)
  • 1/2 inch - ginger
  • 3-4 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tsp - tamarind juice
  • 1 tbsp - coriander
  • 2 sprig - curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • For tadka:
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard
  • 1 tsp - channa dal
  • 1 tsp - urad dal
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 sprig - curry leaves

How to Make Mullangi Hasi Gojju

  • Grind the above ingredients (except grated radish) into a fine chutney.
  • Mix grated radish in the ground chutney and keep aside.
  • Heat oil, add mustard. While it splutters, add dals and curry leaves.
  • Add this tadka to above mixture and mix well.
  • Serve with rice and pickles.
  • It is tasty as well as healthy.
