  • 1 - radish grated
  • 2 tbsp - moong dal, soaked for 1 hr
  • 5 ml - vinegar
  • Small piece - ginger, shredded
  • 1 - green chilli
  • A few - mint leaves
  • A few coriander leaves
  • A pinch - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat powder - 1/2 tsp
