Ingredients

  • 100 g - methi leaves
  • 100 g - spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp - curd
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • 50 g - multigrain flour
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • oil for frying

How to Make Multigrain Spinach vada

  • Wash and cut spinach and methi leaves.
  • Take a bowl, add the multigrain flour and the methi, spinach leaves.
  • Mix curd, salt, sugar, spices, chilli, coriander leaves together with some water if required.
  • Make small balls and deep fry it.
  • Enjoy with any chutney.
