Ingredients

  • 300 gm - boneless chicken
  • 150 gm - onions
  • 250 gm - yoghurt
  • 150 gm - clarified butter
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - saffron
  • 2 tbsp - almond paste
  • 2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - ground mace
  • 1 tsp - cardamom
  • 2 tbsp - roasted almond flakes
  • salt to taste

How to Make Murg Ka Mukul

  • Clean the chicken and roast it. Cut into shreds.
  • Saute sliced onions and add the cumin. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute.
  • Add the whisked yoghurt and cook for a while.
  • Stir in the almond paste and the saffron.
  • Add the chicken to it, adjust the seasoning.
  • Garnish it with roasted flakes of almond.
