  • 250 gms. boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp. fresh natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. grated cheese
  • 1 tsp. garam masala
  • 1 tsp. red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp. saffron
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. oil

How to Make Murg Kesari Kabab

  • Mix together the yoghurt, salt, cheese, garam masala, red chilli and saffron.
  • Cut the chicken into cubes and marinade the chicken in the mixture for 24 hours.
  • Put the chicken on wooden skewers and barbeque until nearly cooked.
  • Baste with beaten egg yolks and return to the barbeque until cooked.
  • Serve on a bed of freshly chopped onions garnished with coriander.
