Ingredients

  • Cashewnuts - 50gm
  • Cheese - 20 gm
  • Milk - 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies - 4 nos.
  • Cream - 5 tsp
  • Elaichi (cardamom) powder - 1 tbsp
  • Chicken Breast - 100gm
  • Garlic, finely chopped - 1tsp
  • ginger - 1tsp
  • Lemon juice - few drops
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Murgh Malahi Tikka

  • Add all the ingredients to the chicken pieces.
  • Mix well and leave to marinate for an hour or two
  • Heat the tandoor and place all marinated chicken pieces on the hot tandoor.
  • Sprinkle lime juice over the grilled chicken and serve with freshly cut onion rings.
