Ingredients

  • 1 lb - chicken (boneless)
  • 1/2 cup - mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1- large onion (chopped)
  • 2 - green chillies (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup - green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mushroom Chicken

  • Fry onions and chillies in hot oil.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste to it. Fry for a minute.
  • Now add the diced chicken and cook with salt and chilli powder. Fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and rest of the ingredients except green onions and cook till done.
  • Stir-fry continuously for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
