Ingredients

  • button mushrooms - 200 gm
  • garlic - 2 tsp, minced
  • celery stalk - 2 tbsp, chopped
  • roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp, coarsely powdered
  • salt to taste

How to Make Mushroom Spread

  • Chop the mushrooms.
  • Place in a non-stick pan and sprinkle with salt.
  • Top with garlic and celery.
  • Cover and simmer gently till mushrooms are tender and their liquid is absorbed.
  • Cool and blend till smooth.
  • Stir in the peanut powder.
  • Spread the bread slices with mushroom mixture.
  • Sandwich two slices with corn filling.
  • Make four sandwiches and cut each into two parts.
