Ingredients

  • Garlic flakes - 10
  • Red chillies (dried) - 8
  • Onion - 1, medium size
  • Tomato - 2, medium size
  • Lemon juice - 4 to 6 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/4 tsp

How to Make Must-eat Garlic Chutney

  • Chop onion, tomatoes and chop garlic flakes finely.
  • Saute in vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add red chillies, saute for 1-2 minutes and cool.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and add one flake of raw garlic.
  • Mix all in mixer grinder till the mixture becomes coarse in texture.
  • Refrigerate.
