Ingredients

  • 1 cup - peas
  • 200 g - fresh mushrooms
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 cup - curd
  • 4 tbsps - oil
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - ginger and garlic paste
  • Grind together:
  • 2 tbsp - poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp - cashewnuts

How to Make Mutter Dhingri

  • Heat oil and fry onions until brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato and cook until soft.
  • Add garam masala powder, cashewnut and poppy seed paste.
  • Cook until it leaves the sides.
  • Add peas and mushroom and curd, and cook for 5 mins.
  • Serve hot with roti or naan.
