Ingredients

  • 1 kg - mutton
  • 1 - large onion
  • 8 - Kashmiri chillies
  • 1s tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • 4 pod - garlic
  • 1/2 piece - ginger
  • 1 - cinnamon stick
  • 3 - cloves
  • coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • vinegar
  • turmeric

How to Make Mutton Chilli Fry

  • Boil mutton in the pressure cooker with salt and turmeric.
  • In the mean while, soak the Kashmiri chillies in vinegar for 1 hour.
  • Then grind the Kashmiri chillies with coriander, cumin, ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick and 3 cloves.
  • Then fry onions, add the masala.
  • Fry till oil comes out of the masala.
  • Add the mutton and mix well.
  • Fry well till you see oil.
  • Finally add coriander leaves and serve.
